Explore these questions at an Eating for Energy Workshop on Sunday, February 17th, 3pm to 4:30pm at The Conservation Foundation's McDonald Farm in Naperville.
This workshop features a research-based wellness approach combining holistic recommendations for increasing energy to help regenerate the liver and other tissue cells, flush toxic waste, burn fat, keep skin’s collagen smooth, and hair healthy. Learn how to increase your micronutrient load, improve digestion, and create vibrant health. This fun workshop is taught by Zina Turner, Health & Wellness Coach from Honey and Happiness, and will contain food demos, tasting, and recipes!
Cost for the workshop is $35 and it is limited to the first 30 people to register.
