Attend A Fresh Beginning - A Spring Wellness Workshop on Thursday, May 2nd, 6:30pm to 8pm in the Clow Education Center at McDonald Farm.
Spring is the season of the greatest change. It starts with the nourishment that has been missed all winter long. Learn specific foods and practices that can be strong allies, especially when incorporated into a clean food diet. Discover the specific nutrition and wellness that empower us to achieve not only delicious meals but good health as well. This integrative wellness workshop will include holistic practices scientifically proven to decrease allergies, inflammation, chronic fatigue, and imbalance. This wellness workshop will include food and nourishment including maximal nutrition, movement, mindfulness, and restoration. Learn fast and simple ways to incorporate many CSA vegetables into delicious satisfying meals. Have a taste, and take home complete recipes, food lists, and a spring wellness health plan!
