We are honored to have Ken Holmstrom of Oswego join The Conservation Foundation's Board of Trustees, bringing years of community service and a strong commitment to preserving open space.
Ken is senior vice president at Allied First Bank in Oswego. He has served on the board of the Oswegoland Park District, is past chairman and treasurer for Oswegoland Park Foundation, is a commissioner for the Oswego Fire Commission and Oswego Plan Commission, and is a board member for the Susan Kiley Memorial Scholarship Fund.
“I’m hoping to contribute time and energy to The Conservation Foundation in preserving open space,” says Ken. “When I have time to get away, I run to nature. I retreat to our small lake home in Wisconsin. Nothing is more peaceful and relaxing than sitting and looking at the lake and surrounding trees. I’m grateful to have this space to share the wonders of nature with my grandchildren.”
Ken attended North Central College, Naperville; Southern Illinois University, Carbondale; Pepperdine University, Malibu, California; and the University of South Carolina, Graduate School of Bank Investments and Financial Management, Columbia, South Carolina.
