Yoga at McDonald Farm
Sunday, September 17th
9:00 – 10:15am
Yoga’s roots are in nature and The Conservation Foundation invites you to experience outdoor yoga at McDonald Farm this summer! Join instructor Kristy Belton, a 250 HR-CYT, in a 75-minute gentle yoga session that combines breathwork, postures, and grounding practices. Each of the four sessions will be inspired by a different natural element (earth, water, fire, and air) to cultivate deeper relationship to the land.
Sessions are $20.00 for The Conservation Foundation members and Green Earth Harvest shareholders and $25.00 for the general public. Sessions take place on Sundays from 9:00 – 10:15am on June 25th, July 16th, August 20th, and September 17th. We will meet in the grassy area behind The Conservation Foundation Office (building 1 on this map). Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, and blankets for seated poses. A limited supply of these props will be available at each session.
Waiver: You should be in good physical condition and able to comfortably participate in the exercise. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, and assume all risk of injury to yourself.
