Born and raised in Big Rock and lives in Aurora, IL (Kane County). She is married with two adult sons. She is the Corkum Distinguished Professor and Chair of Human Animal Studies at Aurora University. Dr. Davis is a veterinarian, and serves as the Deputy Director of Kane County Animal Control. Her degrees include a DVM and Masters from the University of Illinois, where she also completed an internship and residency. She has been honored with several teaching and service awards. She has been a TCF Board member since 2022.
