Spaghetti squash is mild tasting and kids will have fun helping to prepare the strands of squash.
4 cups cooked spaghetti squash (one medium squash)
4 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons grated Romano cheese
3 tablespoons chopped onion
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lightly toss hot, cooked spaghetti squash with all the other ingredients and serve immediately.
