Chicken Apple And Celery Salad

1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon mild honey
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
2 cups reduced-fat mayonnaise
1 teaspoon celery seeds
3 cups cooked skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
2 medium unpeeled red apples, chopped
1 cup diced reduced-fat Swiss cheese
2 ribs celery, strings removed, chopped

In a medium bowl, whisk together honey and vinegar. Add mayonnaise and celery seeds and whisk well. Add remaining ingredients and toss until well-coated. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

Serves 4 to 6.
