1 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil
1 clove garlic, smashed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3/4 cup prepared mayonnaise
Pulse basil, garlic, salt and pepper food processor until finely chopped. Add mayonnaise and blend until smooth. Chill covered for up to 1 hour before serving.
