Butternut Squash Pie

many bins full of butternut winter squash

4 cups of butternut squash, cooked
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
1/3 stick of butter, melted
Optional: 1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 10″ pie crust
Nutmeg

Combine the first 6 ingredients. Pour into pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 – 1 ¼ hours, until cracks develop around the circumference.
