Grilled Green Beans & Scallions

3/4 pound green beans
5-6 tablespoons olive oil, separated
salt and pepper to taste
1 bunch scallions, halved
1 lemon

Toss green beans with olive oil and salt on a double sheet of foil; fold to seal. Grill 18 minutes, turning once. Toss halved scallions with olive oil, salt and pepper; grill 3 minutes. Toss with the green beans. Serve with lemon wedges.

Serves 4.
