Cucumber And Cantaloupe Salad

1 cucumber
1 cantaloupe
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
3 tablespoons safflower oil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh mint
1/2 teaspoon finely chopped chives
1/4 cup sour cream
lettuce or other crisp greens
Cut the cantaloupe into bite-size pieces.  Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, oil, salt, mint, chives and sour cream; mix well.
Combine the cantaloupe and cucumbers and gently toss with the dressing.  Serve on a bed of crisp lettuce or other greens.
