Healthy People, Healthy Communities – Responding to COVID-19 Concerns

Healthy people and healthy communities are at the heart of The Conservation Foundation’s mission.  The safety, health, and well-being of our staff, volunteers and those joining us at events is a top priority of our team at all times, and especially now in light of growing Coronavirus concerns.

All of The Conservation Foundation’s events scheduled in March or April are cancelled, including our April 23rd Earth Day Benefit Dinner.

We are looking at alternatives to the dinner as it is a vital fundraiser for us and our ability to carry out our conservation mission, and we are hoping to be able to reschedule some of the other events
when it feels safe to do so.

But your health and safety is our top priority!

Hopefully in a few weeks, this will all seem like an overreaction.

If it does, it will mean our collective efforts to slow the spread of this virus down have been effective.

We wish you the best of health, and encourage you to get outside to help calm any anxiety you may be feeling and keep you grounded during this unsettling time in history!!
