6 medium kohlrabis, peeled and shredded
1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 medium)
½ cup sliced celery
½ cup sour cream
¼ cup French dressing
2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoon sliced green onions
¼ teaspoon salt
In large bowl, stir together all ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or until ready to serve. Yields 4 cups.
