Double Chocolate Zucchini Cake

3/4 cup oil
1 1/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup sour milk or buttermilk
3 tablespoons cocoa or carob powder
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 1/2 cups flour
Small bag of chocolate or carob chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9-by-13-inch pan. Mix all ingredients together and bake 30 to 35 minutes.

Serves 16.
