Try this dish over mashed potatoes, rice or noodles, or served as a side dish with chicken.
Heat 1 ounce butter in a medium pan. Add 8 ounces sliced button mushrooms and 2 cloves crushed garlic. Stir over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes until mushrooms are soft. Turn heat to high, add 1 cup cream; bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 3 minutes until cream has thickened slightly. Add 1 tablespoon chopped parsley and then season to taste.
