Yoga on the Farm
Saturday, July 13th
8:00 — 9:00am
Thousands of years ago, yoga began as an outdoor practice. In these gentle yoga sessions, we will incorporate the elements and rhythms of place as we practice outside at McDonald Farm. Join instructor Kristy Belton as she explores how breathwork and physical poses work together to create the space for steadiness and ease on and off our mats.
Sessions are $20.00 for The Conservation Foundation members and Green Earth Harvest shareholders, and $25.00 for the general public.
Sessions take place on:
Wednesday, June 19th from 7:00 — 8:00pm
Saturday, July 13th from 8:00 — 9:00am
Sunday, August 11th from 8:00 – 9:00am
September TBD
We will meet in the grassy area behind The Conservation Foundation Office (building 1 on this map). Please bring a yoga mat, blocks, strap, and blankets for seated poses. A limited supply of these props will be available at each session on a first-come, first-served basis.
